Low Carbon & Stainless Steel Fender Washers

We Offer a Large Selection of Fender Washer Sizes

We offer many types of flat washers to meet your demands. One of the specific types of flat washers we offer is called a fender washer. Compared to standard flat washers, fender washers have much larger outside diameters in proportion to the hole size. The large diameter on fender washers provides a larger bearing surface for assemblies, and spreads the load over a wider area. Contractors and technicians are able to embed fender washers under bolts to balance pressure that is created while tightening. Fender washers were historically used in the automobile industry.

Originally, fender washers were utilized on automobile fenders. Because of their unique design, fender washers are a great choice for a number of industries where large outside diameters and thin materials are needed. Stainless steel fender washers are typically used in applications with large or irregular holes. Stainless steel fender washers are also used in the plumbing repair, electrical engineering, and sheet metal industries. Willie Washer offers various fender washer sizes to meet the needs of your application. Our available fender washer sizes include standard 18 gauge and 16 gauge sizes.

Another available fender washer size includes double thick fender washers (1/8”) for heavier application needs. Fender washers are available in various premium finishes, such as zinc & yellow, zinc & clear, black oxide, nickel, phosphate & oil, and many other custom finishes. In addition to offering a large selection of fender washer sizes and finishes, we also offer these parts in materials such as stainless steel and low carbon steel. Choose a stainless steel fender washer with a bolt size (inch) that is compatible with your usage.
