3 Wave Spring Washers
Three wave spring washers are the most common wave spring washer. Three wave washers are heavily utilized with electric motors or speed minimizers that take up a large quantity of space on bearings responsible for supporting a shaft. Wave washers provide light to moderate spring forces in tight spaces. They are designed to absorb shock and utilized to secure loads. Three wave spring washers feature three contact points and are able to handle additional spring loads with less compression compared to one or two wave washers of the same size.
