Equipped with over 45 punch presses, a stamping capacity of up to 400 tons, and advanced laser-cutting technology, we produce precision components in both metal and plastic. Our processes ensure smooth finishes, clean edges, and minimal material waste, making them ideal for intricate designs and prototype parts.
Our CNC machining capabilities allow us to create complex configurations with exceptional accuracy. Using advanced CNC turning machines, we offer high-precision bushings, spacers, and machined parts with tight tolerances. For enhanced durability, we offer heat treating and finishing through our approved vendors. This increases part strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. We can produce custom parts from carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys for applications requiring extreme durability.
