Hardened washers are precision-engineered flat washers, manufactured from carefully selected materials and heat-treated to enhance hardness and durability. The hardness of these washers makes them resistant to wear and able to handle heavy loads. They are ideal for use with high-strength bolts to ensure that assemblies maintain their integrity under very demanding conditions. Willie Washer offers a vast range of hardened parts, meeting industry standards such as ASTM F436 or the metric standard HV300, along with various OEM specifications. We also offer case-hardened washers, commonly available with a surface hardness of 15N 89. For applications that do not require specialized heat-treatment, we also maintain an extensive inventory of standard USS and SAE flat washers in a variety of materials available for immediate shipment.
